Data controller: Agnieszka Raś, a private individual. For privacy matters, contact kontakt [at] agnezart.pl or use the contact form.

Information and purposes

Account information, quote history, 3D models and orders are used to operate your account, prepare quotes and fulfil orders (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Records required by law are kept to meet legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)). Correspondence, system security and legal claims are handled in the legitimate interests of the controller (Article 6(1)(f)); pre-contractual enquiries may also be processed under Article 6(1)(b).

We process information supplied in forms, email addresses, contact and delivery details, order records, model files, quote parameters and results. Providing information is voluntary, but some information is necessary to reply, operate an account or fulfil an order. Please do not include unnecessary personal data in models or messages.

Projects and account activity

Original models saved to an account are stored privately for future previews. Public analysis without an account uses temporary working files. For signed-in customers, product interest is recorded as the product, first and last opening time and visit count. Administrator statistics describe operational records stored in the portal and use no external tracking tools.

Retention

Deletion after these periods requires an administrator review; this version does not enable automatic deletion. Information may remain in protected backups until rotation. Recorded deletion requests must be reapplied following restoration.

Recipients and security

Information is available to the authorised administrator and infrastructure providers required to operate the service. Contact notifications are sent through OVH email to the controller and include the message and sender details. Order fulfilment providers receive only the necessary information. We do not sell personal data. The contact form uses submission limits and validation to reduce spam and does not require an external CAPTCHA.

Your rights

Where provided by the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. You may complain to the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). We do not make decisions with legal effects based solely on automated profiling.

Browser storage is described in the cookie policy. Updated: 23 October 2026.

Automatic language

The connection IP address is used briefly to estimate the country using a local DB-IP Lite database and select Polish or English. We do not send it to a geolocation API or create a separate location history. This is based on our legitimate interest in adapting the service language (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Your manual language choice takes priority. If the country is unknown, we use your browser language, then English. The database is approximate; a VPN may indicate its exit server country.

Essential cookies

Administrator and customer sessions use secure cookies lasting up to 2 hours. Your selected language is remembered for 180 days. We do not install advertising or analytics cookies.

Administrator statistics describe records stored in the portal; they do not track website visitors.
